Description

The 1967 Buick Electra 225 is a big, luxurious car known for its long, sleek design, powerful V8 engine, and comfortable ride. With its classic chrome accents, wide front grille, and subtle tail fins, it looks elegant and commanding on the road. Inside, it’s spacious and plush, seating up to six people comfortably, with options for power windows, air conditioning, and other high-end features for its time. Standard Features Engine: A powerful 430-cubic-inch (7.0-liter) V8 engine, delivering around 360 horsepower, which provided plenty of power for smooth highway driving. Transmission: Standard three-speed automatic transmission (Super Turbine 400) for easy, comfortable shifting. Interior: Roomy interior with soft, bench seating, typically in vinyl or cloth, with a focus on comfort. Instrument Panel: Classic dashboard with a speedometer, fuel gauge, and additional gauges for essential driving information. Chrome Accents: Exterior chrome details on the grille, bumpers, and trim, giving the car a polished, upscale look. Power Accessories: Power windows, door locks, and front seats, making for easy adjustments and added convenience. Air Conditioning: Advanced for the time, air conditioning was available to enhance comfort in warm climates. AM/FM Radio: A push-button radio with an option to upgrade to AM/FM for a wider range of stations. Tilt Steering Wheel: Adjustable steering column to make driving more comfortable. Vinyl Roof: Optional vinyl covering for the roof, adding a premium look and feel to the exterior. What we know about this American classic is that in the last 2 years the vehicle was repainted. The chrome was not repaired. The power windows work but occasionally get stuck. The horn does not work. The mileage as with most older vehicle is TMU. The firewall was also changed. At Salit Auto Sales, we believe in transparency. We have NO hidden fees. The fees associated with purchasing a vehicle are the cost of the vehicle, NJ state sales tax, NJ motor vehicle fees, and a $299 documentary fee. Please note that the NJ motor vehicle fees apply only to vehicles being registered in NJ.
